* Variable rates depending on the calendar and decreasing based on the lenght of the stay, including breakfast : -10% for 2 nights, -20% for 3 nights or more. Free Wifi.
NOT INCLUDED city tax (€ 0.83 per person per night). Depending on the calendar, we can propose stays with a minimum number of nights.

Rooms available from 17.00pm (chek-in untill 20.00pm), to be vacated at 11am imperatively on day of departure. Extra beds are not available. Please note that each room is only suitable for two people maximum and no exceptions can be made.‎
Breakfast is served untill 10.30am in the lounge around the communal table (it will not be possible to have breakfast in your room).
You will not have possibility for lunch or dinner at home. We pray our guests not to eat in the rooms neither in the rest of the house .

Pets not allowed. Non smoking.
Offroad parking is free and we will accept no liability for theft, personal or material damage that could occur within the car park.
